Cloudy skies and cold temperatures will linger all day, with some light snow falling.
Accumulations will be low on Tuesday with more snow expected by the night. Afternoon highs will be in the mid-20s with a light breeze.
Winter weather advisories are in effect from 2 p.m. Tuesday through 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Snow showers will stick around Tuesday night as lows dip into the single digits. Winds can be brisk through the night with cloudy skies.
Looking ahead: Quick weekend snow chances
Snow showers will mostly wrap up by mid-morning on Wednesday with some light flakes lingering into the afternoon. Clouds will linger most of the day with cold highs in the upper teens.
For snowfall totals, 2-6 inches is expected along the Interstate 25 corridor and out across the Eastern Plains, and 4-10 inches in the foothills and mountains.
Denver will see some clearing on Thursday, meaning more sunshine in the afternoon as highs reach the middle 30s.
Friday adds clouds throughout the day with mild highs near 50 degrees. Light showers are possible late on Friday, but that should change quickly to snow through Saturday morning.

Sunday has more sunshine through the afternoon with seasonal highs in the mid-40s. Monday has sunshine early, but clouds build in late in the day with mild highs in the middle 50s.
