DA: Berlin man convicted of making terroristic threat

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- According to the Albany County District Attorney's Office, a Berlin man was convicted of multiple charges on Wednesday. Jeffrey Rockefeller, 56, faces up to seven years in prison after sentencing on January 3.

Charges

  • Two counts of second-degree aggravated harassment
  • Making a terroristic threat

The indictment alleges that Rockefeller harassed an Albany Police Detective, threatening physical harm in February. It also alleges that he threatened to commit murder and threatened physical harm to an Albany Community Police Review Board member in March near Albany Law School.
