Hollywood is reacting to the Los Angeles Dodgers World Series win.
"Mic Drop!!! Dodgers beat the Yanks!!!! It Was A Good Day!!!" wrote Los Angeles native and rapper Ice Cube on X, formerly Twitter, alongside photos of when he performed on the field during Game 2 of the World Series.
Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers wrote "Dodgers rule Yankees drool" on X.
Michael Bublé, whose song "Feeling Good" is Shohei Ohtani's walkup song, posted a video to Instagram to praise the team and Ohtani.
"Shohei all the way," his caption read. "It's a good day to be a #Dodgers fan! #feelinggood."
"OMG!!! @Dodgers just won the World Series in the biggest comeback EVER!!!! Congratulations to my @Dodgers and the entire city of LA! We run this!!" wrote Mario Lopez on X.
NBA and Lakers legend Magic Johnson, who is a member of the Dodgers' ownership group, posted a selfie with wife Cookie and captioned it: "WORLD SERIES CHAMPS!!!"
"World Series Champs!!" wrote USC Heisman Trophy winner and former NFL player Matt Leinart on X.
"What a season," Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp wrote to the platform.
Even politicians chimed in.
Vice President Kamala Harris wrote on X, "Congratulations to the 2024 World Series champions, the Los Angeles @Dodgers! Your dominant play this season brought joy to millions of fans around the world — including @SecondGentleman."
Douglas Emhoff, the second gentleman, weighed in, saying he "Couldn’t be prouder to be a @Dodgers fan. Congrats on becoming World Series champs!"
"California domination," wrote California Gov. Gavin Newsom. "Couldn’t be prouder to be a @Dodgers fan. Congrats on becoming World Series champs!"
The Boys in Blue defeated the New York Yankees 7-6 during Game 5 of the World Series at Yankee Stadium.
