A math teacher has been arrested for putting a 15-year-old student in a headlock in a Brooklyn public school classroom, police said Wednesday.
Gary Zeng, 27, was charged Tuesday with strangulation, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
The incident happened Tuesday afternoon at the High School of Sports Management on Benson Ave. in Bath Beach.
The student was treated at Maimonides Midwood Community Hospital.
