An 11-year-old boy who went missing in Oceanside has been located, police said Wednesday.
An 11-year-old boy who went missing in Oceanside has been located, police said Wednesday.
Carter Jackson “has been found safe and reunited with his family,” the police announced on social media at mid-morning.
Carter had last been seen in the 2000 block of California Street, near Palmquist Elementary School, at about 11 a.m. Tuesday, according to the Oceanside Police Department.
The department did not release further details about how or where he was found. Officials had sought the public’s help in finding the boy shortly before 5:20 p.m. Tuesday.
