(KRON) – A White House replica in the Bay Area has recently been sold, according to Zillow.
The mansion is known as the "The Western White House.” Nearly 20 miles south of San Francisco, the 24,350 square-foot mansion was designed by the same architect as the Hearst Mansion, Julia Morgan.
Mimicked to resemble the Presidential Office in Washington D.C., the Hillsborough mansion has its own Oval Office.
The mansion was sold for $23,017,900 on Friday. The original asking price was more than $38 million, according to the National Post.
The grandiose pad has 11 bedrooms and 14 baths, according to Zillow. In the photos provided by Zillow the front of the manor has a water fountain surrounded by flowers centered with the entrance doors. The back of the replica has a pool and half a dozen Greenery arches that lead to a sitting area.
The residence is located on El Cerrito Avenue in Hillsborough.
