(KRON) -- Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) has reported service is back to normal after a "major delay" as commuters begin their Monday evening commute.
Officials said an “obstruction on the track and single tracking" at the Bay Fair BART Station was the cause of the delay and it was removed at 3:10 p.m.
BART said in a 3:08 p.m. announcement that the service interruption impacted the “Dublin / Pleasanton, Berryessa, Richmond and Daly City directions.”
