At-risk woman goes missing after taking out trash
Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding an at-risk 19-year-old who went missing in University City.

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding an at-risk 19-year-old who went missing in University City.
Sienna Silas was last seen around 2 p.m. Thursday taking out the trash from her residence, the San Diego Police Department posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, at 8:36 p.m.
Police describe Silas as a Black woman, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. Silas, who has black hair, brown eyes and prescription glasses, was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, black sweatpants and black Vans shoes.
Silas is regarded as at risk due to a medical condition.
Anyone with information on Silas' whereabouts is urged to call the San Diego Police Department immediately and reference Case #25-500270. For non-emergency tips, call 619-531-2000, or dial 911 in an emergency.
