(KRON) – The San Jose Police Department has arrested five individuals after six guns with ammunition were found in a vehicle.
San Jose police officers noticed a gun in a vehicle they pulled over for a vehicle code violation at around 4 a.m. on Sunday.
The vehicle’s occupants complied with police when officers demanded them out of the car for a search. SJPD said officers found an additional five firearms and an assault rifle (pictured above).
Three of the occupants were adults. The trio was arrested and booked into the county jail. The other passengers were minors and were booked into Juvenile Hall.
