A 16-year-old girl was charged with armed robbery of a 26-year-old man on CTA property in the East Pilsen neighborhood, Chicago police said. Shortly before 9 p.m. on Oct. 13, the girl robbed a man by knife point in the 2000 block of South Archer Avenue and made off with the man’s belongings, police said. Shortly before 9 p.m. on Oct. 13, the girl robbed a man by knife point in the 2000 block of South Archer Avenue and made off with the man’s belongings, police said.
