The latest Storm Tracker Forecast from meteorologist Matt Mackie:
A weak cold front pushed through overnight, bringing us some much needed rain... but not nearly enough to bust the ongoing drought across much of our region.
Behind that system, skies will clear through the rest of the day. Temperatures will still wind up at seasonably mild levels, in the 50's for most, even with a bit of a breeze out of the northwest.
Tonight looks cooler, though still above average for mid to late November. Expect lows in the mid to upper 30's for most, with some in the mountains dropping to around freezing.
Tomorrow is a bright and sunny day. After the cooler start, afternoon highs are very similar to what we'll have today - low to mid 50's for just about everyone.
Wednesday feels much the same, but with more and more cloud cover developing through the second half of the day. That will give way to rainy conditions on and off for much of the end of the week.
At times, it may be more snowy than rainy in the mountains, with solid accumulation in the high spots of the Adirondacks and Green Mountains.
